The Prepare Your Pelvic Floor for Birth Workshop helps you cut through the mixed messages about pelvic floor training during pregnancy.

Most pelvic floor advice in pregnancy focuses on one thing — usually Kegels.

But preparing your pelvic floor for birth isn’t just about strengthening.

It’s about understanding how strength, relaxation, and coordination all work together — and when each one matters.

This is the same approach I use with my prenatal physio clients — adapted into a focused workshop you can apply right away.

You’ll also learn the key strategy I teach my prenatal physio clients to help reduce leaking with coughing and sneezing — even during pregnancy.

Anita Lambert, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Creator of the Prepare Your Pelvic Floor for Birth Workshop
Hi, I’m Anita — a pelvic health physiotherapist and a mom of two. I work with pregnant moms every day and created this workshop to give you clear, practical guidance on how to prepare your pelvic floor for birth — without the confusion or default “just do Kegels” advice.

What actually makes the biggest difference is understanding how your pelvic floor works with your breath and the rest of your body — and how to use that during pregnancy and birth. That’s what this workshop focuses on, so you can feel more confident going into labour.

I’m also the co-host of the To Birth & Beyond podcast and the creator of the Bump to Birth Method. My approach blends evidence-based care with real-life experience, so you know what to do and how to apply it as birth approaches.
