Taught by Anita Lambert, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

A recorded workshop designed for real life - so you can watch anytime during pregnancy.

Be the first to know when the workshop opens.

If you’ve been feeling confused about your pelvic floor in pregnancy, you’re not the only one.

✓ Have you been doing Kegels in pregnancy but still wondering if you’re actually doing them right — or if you even should be?

✓ Tried Kegels to stop leaking pee with coughing or sneezing... but not seeing any improvement?

✓ Want to prepare your pelvic floor for birth without relying on outdated advice or endless Kegel squeezing?

✓ Keep seeing conflicting info on Instagram and TikTok about whether to relax or strengthen your pelvic floor, if Kegels are good or bad, or how to actually prepare it for birth — and just want clear, trustworthy answers?

This the workshop is for you if:

✓ You’re pregnant (first, second, third time or beyond) or trying to conceive.

✓ You’ve heard you should “connect to your pelvic floor or do Kegels” but aren’t sure what that actually means or how to do it.

✓ You want to learn the go-to strategy that stops leaking pee with coughing/sneezing. (yes even in pregnancy!)

✓ You want to prepare your pelvic floor for birth and postpartum recovery — without the Kegel confusion or info overload.

* It's never too early in pregnancy to learn these strategies and exercises.

Hi, I'm Anita!

Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Creator of the Prepare Your Pelvic Floor for Birth Workshop & mom of two.
I work with pregnant moms every day and created this workshop to share the kind of pelvic floor guidance I wish more moms had access to earlier in pregnancy.

In clinic, I see how often expecting moms are simply told to “do Kegels” without understanding how the pelvic floor actually works during pregnancy or how it relates to birth. This workshop helps you understand your pelvic floor in a way that feels clear, practical, and doable as you prepare for birth.

I’m also the co-host of the To Birth & Beyond podcast and the creator of the Bump to Birth Method. My approach blends evidence-based care with real-life experience — so you’re not just told what to do, you understand why it matters and how to apply it.
